As zinc-containing products reach the end of their useful life, they can be collected, processed, and recycled into new products. This closed-loop recycling process not only conserves resources but also significantly reduces energy consumption, emissions, and waste disposal. We prioritize the use of secondary zinc materials, such as Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) dust, zinc ash, and zinc concentrates, wherever possible. This is especially true for our production of zinc metal pigments.
By using recycled zinc, we actively contribute to reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions and minimizing environmental impact. Our recycling efforts lead to an 80% reduction in air pollution, a 76% reduction in water pollution, and a 40% reduction in water usage.
